GREEN RIVER LAKE STATE PARK, KY

Due to the flooding that occurred earlier this year and the length of time the waters remained in our campground, the electrical infrastructure has been compromised. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the campground closed until further notice.

Green River Marina is located next to our park for boat, pontoon, houseboat rentals & floating cabin rentals. Call 1-800-488-2512. Green River Stables is located next to our park for horse rentals and horse camping. Call 270-789-4525.

Kentucky Campground sites can be occupied by a maximum of 8 occupants. Four (4) adults and children 16 and under are included in the base rate. If more than 4 adults are going to be on the site, an additional $5.00 per night per adult will be collected upon arrival at the park. Max units per site is (2) and may include (1) camper unit + (1) tent. If no camper unit, then (2) tents is the max allowed.

**Parks prohibits the importation of firewood by campers from any state outside of Kentucky. This is in effort to help prevent the introduction of the Emerald Ash Borer into the state. Firewood is available for sale in the state park campgrounds.** http://parks.ky.gov/regulations/firewood.htm

Green River only allows one adult tent and one child's tent per each tent site (children must use tent).

On our water and electric sites we allow one adult tent and one child's tent (children must use tent), however if they wish to have two adult tents, they must pay the same site price for the second adult tent.
